The Community Fund is part of the Community Enhancement Program, which can be downloaded here.
Gullen Range Wind Farm sets aside $1666 per turbine every year, which is split equally between the Community Fund and the Clean Energy Program. The $1666 increases with inflation. In 2015 approximately $70,000 was made available for the Community Fund.
The Community Fund provides grants to projects or initiatives that benefit the community within 10km of the wind farm.
In the last round of grants the following projects were funded:

The Community Fund is administered by Upper Lachlan Shire Council.

Applications are assessed annually. Typically requests for applications open in January, with review and approval by the Committee taking place in Feb-May. Funds are released to projects in July or August.
The Community Fund Committee is coordinated by Upper Lachlan Shire Council under its Section 355 provisions. The Committee is responsible for assessing applications and awarding funds. Gullen Range Wind Farm has one member on this committee, which includes members of Upper Lachlan Shire Council, Goulburn Mulwaree Council and members of the community.
